Identifying their website as a critical contact point for the brand, we set to work on creating a stronger online experience through a richer and more interactive site. With customer needs and wants top of mind, we developed some key features to jumpstart the solutions development process – a solutions worksheet, 3D CAD modeling, rich media resources, and a drawings and documentation database. When completed, we drove customers and prospects to visit the new site through trade advertising and public relations efforts.
