Agency nimbleness helped us create a product video — as the product was being built.

As the payment and management of Medicare supplemental benefits grows more complex, PayForward offers an innovative solution: the Flex Card. This payment card is loaded with funds so a member can easily pay for their Medicare plan’s vision, hearing, dental, over-the-counter benefits, and more. No reimbursement forms and no waiting for refunds. However, it’s more than just an easy way to pay. It’s connected to a digital portal that allows the Medicare member to track their allowance amounts, earn rewards and more. This not only makes it easy for members to take advantage of their plans’ benefits but also simplifies benefit administration for Medicare insurers.

To help payers promote the FlexCard to brokers and members, PayForward turned to Media Logic to develop a video that explains the advantages of the FlexCard and positions it as a valuable benefit of an insurer’s Medicare plan. There was one catch: to have it ready in time for new Medicare members, the video would need to be created while the card’s specific benefits and platform details were being developed and finalized for a specific client.

Because Media Logic has in-house video production, animation and voice-over capabilities, we were able to remain flexible and nimble, working closely with PayForward, to “build the plane as we were flying it.” We could easily adjust and pivot as we moved along, revising both the creative deliverables and the production schedule to align with product finalization, multiple partner approvals and legal reviews. Together, we not only successfully landed the plane in time, we also received tremendous positive feedback along the way.

Here are a few screenshots from the video:
