We launched a direct mail campaign to promote one of Cogir’s premier locations, aiming to enhance the community’s brand and generate leads. By collaborating closely with Cogir, we captured the unique qualities and distinctive amenities of the property. Our creative approach conveyed the community’s character, while our targeting strategy included tailored
messaging for both newcomers to senior living and current senior living residents in competitor properties.

Media Logic’s strategy proved to be a success. With an increase in leads and a greater return on their marketing investment, Cogir was thrilled with the work and quickly requested help developing additional direct mail campaigns each customized for a different community.
