Albany Business Review Spotlights Media Logic Acquisition
The Albany Business Review interviewed Media Logic Founder and CEO, David Schultz, on the acquisition on RenderTribe. RenderTribe’s five employees, as well as its operations and client portfolio, are now part of Media Logic.
“We’re very excited, this is a great opportunity for us,” said David Schultz. The acquisition allows the Media Logic team to further develop B2B and ABM services. “Our combined capabilities will enable Media Logic to deliver even more value to B2B organizations looking for sustainable growth,” said Peter Dean, who founded RenderTribe in 2009.
