Revenue Operations Consultant

Media Logic is a B2B marketing agency with 40+ years of experience helping SaaS, FinTech, and technology companies build pipeline and accelerate revenue. We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Consultant to join our team and work directly with clients on CRM strategy, marketing automation, sales enablement, and data infrastructure.

About the Role
You’ll be a client-facing RevOps expert, embedded with our clients’ teams to own the systems and processes that connect marketing to revenue. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build trusted relationships, lead implementations, and ensure clients can confidently use and maintain their tech stack after handoff.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a day-to-day RevOps partner for clients, attending meetings and working alongside their internal teams
  • Lead implementations and configurations in HubSpot and Salesforce environments
  • Train client teams on system changes, new features, and best practices
  • Build reporting dashboards and attribution models that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
  • Configure and manage integrations across ABM platforms, intent tools, and sales enablement systems
  • Advise clients on RevOps strategy, data hygiene, and process improvement
  • Document workflows and create training materials to support client enablement

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or CRM administration
  • HubSpot certifications required (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub preferred)
  • Salesforce certifications required (Administrator minimum, additional certifications a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, or similar)
  • Experience with first-party intent tools (Lead Forensics, Warmly, RB2B or similar)
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, or BI tools
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Agency or consulting experience preferred
