Video campaign promotes payment service to boost card engagement.

Sometimes the best way to overcome obstacles is to go through them. That was the case when Zions Bank wanted to promote an automated payment service to help increase Commercial Card usage.

While the service would shift more supplier payments to Commercial cards, customers had very real barriers to adoption and use, including changes to purchasing and payment protocols, as well as the need for an initial ramp-up effort.

To overcome these barriers, Media Logic developed a video campaign that could visually demonstrate how the platform streamlines the payment and invoicing process. It also allowed us to quickly address barriers and highlight key benefits that would resonate with the commercial audience. In addition, we developed the video in a way that allowed us to efficiently customize it for different affiliate partners.
