Credit Union ONE: Going In-Branch and Online to Introduce a New Benefit

Credit Union ONE recently unveiled a new benefit to its members: a mobile app that uses geotracking technology to alert members of instant savings whenever they’re near a participating merchant.

Media Logic was first tasked with branding this white-label program for the credit union, which included naming the app CUONE Perks. Next, to generate awareness and excitement about the newly-named CUONE Perks mobile app, Media Logic developed a fully-immersive marketing campaign. We created a breakroom poster to help educate branch employees. We also developed a range of in-branch materials, including take-ones, ATM screens, video monitor graphics and employee lapel buttons.

In addition, we developed a digital campaign that featured emails, digital banners, social media posts and a landing page which showcased an engaging, informational video. This video has also been featured on Credit Union ONE’s website and Facebook page and has been acknowledged by the mobile app platform developer as “one of the best videos of their products they’ve seen.”

This fully immersive marketing campaign is one of many Media Logic has done for Credit Union ONE. For more examples of our work, contact Jim McDonald at jmcdonald@medialogic.com or 866.353.3011 x274.
