Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance

We offer excellent plans through major health care insurance providers and we pay up to 100% of employee premiums on the standard plan. Coverage is available after 30 days of continuing employment.

401(k) Plan

Employees are eligible for 401(k) Plan participation after one calendar year of full time employment.

Training Assistance Plan

We offer reimbursement for approved training classes after 1000 regular hours of employment, 75% of the training cost up to $350 per year.

Referral Bonuses

We pay a cash bonus when you refer someone whom we place on a project. We also have a cash bonus for those who refer new clients that result in a closed sale.
