Our Vision

Our vision is to create the "Next Wave" of Information Technologists that come from all sectors of our community so that anyone with an aptitude for technology and the commitment to learn, can participate in the career opportunities of the new global economy.

Why Us?

We began in 1992, as a development partner creating and supporting early data warehousing in the publishing industry. The company gained insight and real world experience in building, managing and supporting complex business systems. Today, Media Logic consults to a wide variety of companies, including Fortune 100’s, to meet their most difficult technical needs.

As our employees built their own careers, they became keenly aware of many good people who have been left behind in the wake of the technology revolution. We are committed to do something about it.

Social Venture

Media Logic directs its profit stream to its training and mentoring outreach programs, something very unusual for a "for profit" corporation to do. We believe that corporations are more than economic institutions: they are comprised of the people and ideas that shape society. Through Media Logic we are establishing a corporate model to actualize social commitment that may be replicated throughout the world.

Everyone Wins

Every IT dollar spent with Media Logic also funds highly visible mentoring and training programs to build a diverse pool of qualified IT candidates for tomorrow’s workplace.

The "Next Wave" of technologists benefits corporations that realize diversity issues in the workplace must be resolved or face continued litigations and deteriorating public image.

The "Next Wave" benefits our community. Technology jobs mean challenging careers, empowerment for families to take financial leadership and a positive role in the community.

Media Logic was founded by a woman in 1992 and is a SBA 8(a) BD certified firm. This allows us to offer the most comprehensive solution available today to address the mounting Diversity crisis.
